Olivia Purcell
Originally from the coastal city of Wilmington, NC, Olivia always had a deep connection with animals, particularly dogs. Her journey with them began early on, as she found myself immersed in the world of veterinary care, working in the boarding kennel of her local vet. This experience ignited a passion for understanding canine behavior and care. As she pursued her studies in Zoo and Aquarium Science, she continued to nurture this passion, managing a doggy daycare and boarding facility back home in Wilmington. However, her path took a turn when she ventured to Chattanooga in 2018 to work at the Tennessee Aquarium. Despite the fascination of marine life, she found herself continuously drawn back to the world of dogs. In 2021, she embraced this calling wholeheartedly, taking on the role of General Manager at PlayWashPint, and in 2022, expanding her responsibilities as GM of PlayWashStay. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in dog behavior and handling, she is dedicated to providing the best care possible for your furry companions and enriching their lives.
